Though my last visit was a drive thru visit I've sat in the dining area many times and the interior of the restaurant is great. Now with that being said on to rest of the review. Though the food was hot, fresh and tasty it was original receipe and not the spicy that was ordered. This was said when I ordered as well when I was at the window, yet they still got my order wrong. I assumed (you know the old saying about assuming) that my order was correct seeing that they verified what I ordered at the window. Only to get home and to find out that it wasn't. I'll definitely check my order before leaving the next time to be sure.

This was a bad experience for KFC, the staff wasn't attentive, and the food was cold, the fries overcooked. Plus, the staff was extremely loud and unprofessional.

Waited in the drive through for at least half an hour. Girls working the window were incredibly rude. I asked if I couple replace Cole slaw with mac and cheese and she just says, “no.” No reason or anything. And I said, “I can’t get mac and cheese instead of cole slaw?” She goes “no” again. Did not say anything else. I asked why & she said she couldn’t change the order. Waited half an hour and they gave nothing for it. So rude. Mashed potatoes also tasted like chemicals.

It’s not the workers. It’s the purchasing of rotten chicken From where? Been to other chicken restaurants Popeyes, Churches. Grocery’s Kroger Walmart Sullivan’s. Been since 2021 you can’t buy it because it’s decaying before it make it to the places. Rarely you will find chicken of yesterdays, this it’s antibiotic free. We are not use to hatchery to store chicken. Because it’s rotten before it get where it’s sold. Don’t EAT it and spots on it gray skin loose, fry or bake smell like dead dog. Even the three restaurants.Hospital 2 yrs ago with stomach bacteria infections from none antibiotics chicken. Stomach messed up I do not eat poultry anymore our stomach not use to off the yard chicken look up Mississippi hatchery see why.

Absolute worst KFC I have eaten at in all my 75 years. Service was literally non-existent. Counter person was disinterested to the point of being rude. Drink machine was out of ice and three flavors were out. The food came out hot but greasy as could possibly be. They provided no napkins. Had to go to the counter to ask for them. Had no fork or spoon for my mashed potatoes. Again had to go to the counter to ask for one. Tables were all dirty and uncleared from previous guests. I could go on and on but you get the idea.

Pulled to the microphone. Was greeted. Ordered one meal, began ordering a second when we were abruptly told "uhh we ain't got no more chicken".why not lead with that or at the least, display some professionalism.It was very rude. Hire more selectively; better to provide the best service with limited staff than have staff scaring off customers.
The food was ok. The male cashier was very nice. Manager was very nonchalant. Didn't speak. The other ladies were just standing around, didn't speak at all. Just get your food and go attitude. I don't frequent this KFC to

Thursday, Sept. 28 8:00 pm.The woman working the window was by far the rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. For starters when the food was ordered she was rude. We ordered fries as a side and the woman put it through. We pull up to the window and watch her give the car in front of us some fries and she tells us they are out. Then proceeds to change with mashed potatoes without giving an option for us to choose our replacement. Extremely unprofessional and not acceptable at all. Do not eat here
