There is an entirely new set of employees recently. When picking up food at the drive through window the guy working it the past two times has earphones in and stares at me dumbfounded. He stares at me, waddles off, then comes back with one or two others who also look at me as if wondering why I'm at the pick-up window. I'm not sure if they cannot read and are looking for someone who might be able to read the names on the to-go orders or if they are just on copious amounts of drugs. I really don't think I will be going back to this establishment. I dont know if my food was spit in and won't take any chances with such types working there now. It's sad because this used to be a nice restaurant i would frequent.

Food was good, but portions were small for the price paid. Sweet tea was good.

Unfortunately had a bad experience here. ☹️ The avocado on my salad was brown and the lettuce was wilted. Maybe avoid the salads if you go! The rest of the food my party ordered looked okay.

Horrible experience, first of all it took a while to get out order taken because the cashier said they had another order mixed up. I ordered a pecan berry salad and a chocolate chip cookie. I got food poisoning after I ate...spent all night and the next day sick.. I called and a girl on the line answered ,I asked for the manager and she was not even listening to me n she was talking and playing with some one else and hung up on me, I called back and asked for the manager she said the manager will be right with me , momemt later she got back on the phone and ask how can she help me. I told her I was.eaiting on the manager. And she replied the Manager wasn't able to speak with me. I told.her about the food poisoning and that was reporting to the health department. She got rude with me before hanging up the phone again. They shouldn't just let any immature person to answer the phone..she was African -American . And a terrible attitude. On Friday ,December the 8th..evening is the shift she worked. I am very upset that I missed a whole shift of work because of getting sick off there food. And rudeness is how it was handled..

We dined here last night after checking into nearby hotel. We were in the mood for tasty comfort food including soup and sandwiches -- so this fit our goals. Glad we stopped here. Pleasant staff and good service. Food quality was good -- I liked my spicy chicken sandwich with avocado and pepper Jack cheese. My wife enjoyed her soup. Of course the famous sweet tea was awesome. Dining room was tidy and clean. Decor included a miniature mural and photo gallery of local flair. We were seated among families that appeared to be happy retuning locals.

They forgot how to make their Garden Fresh Turkey sandwich. Every time I order it they leave off something or replace something. I won't eat at this McAlister's

This was our first time eating at a McAlister’s Deli. I had a salad and my husband had a sandwich. They were delicious and hit the spot. The staff were nice.

For the price you pay, you'd expect far better management. Not only do the employees look far from miserable. But I could only spot maybe 2 smiles in the whole restaurant. I can't blame only the employees because Scotty Evans (head manager) doesnt seem to have his restaurant put together. I expect better from the future of mcalisters. This is beyond unacceptable.

I wished that I could remember what I ordered during my last visit. I enjoyed the half Reuben sandwich with a half-baked potato. I think the food was delicious and worth the cost. Bring your appetite and stay awhile for the food and great customer service.

I went there to two sugar cookies I told the cashier that I wanted two fresh baked sure cookies they were hard and brittle and I was to far away to take them back. Don't appreciate being lied to because she said they were fresh just baked this morning I will not get any ire from this place maddddd!!!
