Lettuce was old & wilted on my burger, onion rings had onion skin on several of them and my wife’s burger had ingredients on it that she had requested for them to leave off. Very slow service, they charge extra for takeout, plus they add 10% if you pay with card. Quality of food was not worth the 50 minute wait for a takeout order.

Had crawfish from palmer's tonight. It was not good. It was over cooked, extremely hard to peel out and very salty. The sausage tasted rotten. I took one bite and spit it out. The corn was over cooked and under seasoned. The potatoes and mushrooms were slimy. For the price paid for the crawfish that is almost inedible, I will not be going to palmer's again.

The food was very good although you need to review your receipt that's when the tips are automatically added in there is a gratuity for 18% and another one for 10% so you end up paying 28% and that was still charged after handing her a cash tip before she rang it up

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Bland food. 3/10. The hostess had the smartest mouth and most rude attitude for a paying customer. She rushed my ordering process and was wrong about what the 3lbs of crawfish included. The first thing I do is ask her if the crawfish came with potatoes, corn and sausage or did I have to pay extra. She sassily asks, “Sir, so what are you tryna do?” I told her I wanted to get the 3lbs of crawfish, but wanted to know what all comes with it. She goes on to tell me what the meal comes and that it comes with only one piece of corn. I proceeded to ask her for another piece, that I would pay for since I was feeding two, and she responds with, “You don’t need another piece, you already gone have two pieces.” Excuse me? After you just misinformed me with the sassy attitude as if you had your job so correct? Congrats on the renovations, but the service did not improve apparently. I’ve seen multiple bad reviews on Facebook as well, but wanted crawfish, so I thought I’d give it a try for myself. WORST decision!!

You never know when they are open! They change their hours every month! Ridiculous!There Facebook and google Business hours are totally different. Who ever the owner is, keep the hours the same and stop changing them. You’re going to lose business. I went and they were closed. But it Said they were open.,Phillip

Tourists stopping in our first time based on other reviews. Not sure why, but food took quite a while to come out even though there were only 2-3 other parties there at the time. Appears they do quite a carryout business. Crawdad burger was OK with just a few crawdads on the burger. The crawdad cheese fries were decadent and way too heavy for us but likely loved by many. I wanted the food to be better than it was but I would return to try other things to be fair.Atmosphere was scant and very basic but it's about the food, right?!

Came to check this place out... I've never been here. I tried the shrimp and grits... I was not blown away. The shrimp were cooked very well... But I felt I've had better recipes on the grits. But it was still yummy. Just very rich.if I were at home... I would've taken the rest of it home to cook and eat later... A little at a time. Seems like a decent mom-and-pop location... I would try this again.

Ordered a dozen charbroiled oysters and waited an excess amount of time to receive them. All 12 were dime sized and burnt. It was a To Go order so it is my fault that I did not look at them before I left. Had I done so, I would not have paid and given them back. Still attempted to eat them since I spent $25 +10% tax and as I suspected was utterly disappointed. I don't usually write reviews and hesitated to take a picture, now I wish I would have. I would NOT recommend. I only gave it one star so I would have the ability to post the review. However, the verdict for Palmers is #ZeroStars

The food was spectacular! My dad and I had the steak special and we got 2 appetizers with it! Everything was fantastic and perfectly cooked 10/10 would recommend this amazing eating establishment with such a fun and vibrant atmosphere!

Food was absolutely excellent. Never been a time when I was disappointed with what I ordered. Service was good, and the servers were there to refill glasses and there for you. The place was very causal and a little rustic but it was a very clean environment. They have a TV. Overall a very great place with amazing food and a good staff.
