I only did 4 stars because we had to pull down for our food even though, there wasn't any cars behind us. The food was fresh and the lady at the drive thru was very polite.

Stopped by at 11:45am on Saturday; drive through attendant rude and interrupted order asking “is that all?” 3 times during order. Ordered 16 piece family meal, tackle box and small sprite (I assume to be an offense) I was informed there would be a 15 minute wait, I was agreeable.Wouldn’t speak at the window except to tell me (in drill sergeant fashion) pull forward. Finding it refreshing to smile and be the joy in this exchange, I pulled forward to await my sentence. As I wait, 3 vehicles screeching tires left with no food. 13 cars have been served at the window and passed by.I can’t rate the quality of food just yet…still waiting.

this place is okay, the inside could use a bit of an update. they are pretty slow with drive-thru orders. there's usually a couple of cars waiting at the end of the drive thru line for their food. i only eat here when I have coupons. I have also completed doordash orders for this store in the past and they were slow getting the food out then too.Dietary restrictions: Most of the food is high in sodium and trans fat, so be careful if you have high blood pressure.Parking: not a lot of parking spaces, but it's not usually full so you tend to have somewhere to park.

Worst popeyes I have ever been to. They make you wait 10-20 mins to order. They don’t tell you the amount until you get to window. They don’t give you all the food you order. $6 for large fries to not get the fries.

The lady taking orders are very rude . After waiting for over 20 mins for her to take my order she acted as if I was bothering her to place an order! Red beans was not even a 3rd of beans and the rest was old hard rice. Definitely old beans as well. Chicken was fresh Thankfully we did have to wait for 30 mins for it to be cooked . But the young lady who brought out the food was very nice and polite.

I will not buy from Halls Ferry Popeyes again!! I kept trying and I kept trying but they made a comment about my jeep being orange and that they remembered me. They should, -I LOVE Popeyes chicken. I’m done!! I have 4 of my grandkids for the week. I ordered and paid for fries for them. AGAIN, I get home and do not have any fries for my grandchildren. I look at my receipt and I am charged for them. I hope the owner of this store on Halls Ferry calls me! Please everyone quit going there until they fire the hateful person that keeps doing this to us. Gram.
