They stopped customers from using the restroom over a year ago "due to Covid", and they still have an "Out of Service" sign posted. (If there was ever a time when customers needed to wash their hands, it was during the Covid pandemic.) Also, I noticed that the posted MSDH inspection report shows a big "A" score, but according to the MSDH web site the latest inspection result done on 07/29/2022 resulted in a "B" score. They are required to post the latest report as I understand.

Friendly staff; prices have gone up, but still a decent place to sit down and eat. Restrooms may or may not be usable. If you like Subway, this place is as good as any.

Restaurant was clean and recently remodeled. Menu has been updated as well with lots of really good things to choose from. The only thing I would criticize them on is the fact that they do not accept the subway coupons that come in the mail.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My mom, daughter, and I are visiting Vicksburg from Atlanta. We decided to grab dinner from Subway, but our experience was extremely poor. Before we walked into the door, we could see the employee standing inside of the store, watching us as we pulled up as if she was hoping we didn't enter the Subway. When we were inside, the lady did not speak to us. No greeting, no what can I get for you, nothing. She said NOTHING the whole time. My 6 year old asked why isn't she saying anything? I don't know what her issue was, or if she was having a bad day, but her customer service was so poor, that I had to let her know. After I grabbed our sandwiches from her, I had to let her know that her customer service sucked and was very shitty, respectfully. We didn't feel welcomed even before walking in. The lady did not say a word besides is that it? No thank you for coming in after spending $30+ on sandwiches. I honestly wanted to punch her in her face. The customer service nowadays is slim to none and it's unfortunate. I told her about herself in front of her coworker, a male. I don't know if he's the owner and they're family, but neither had ANYTHING to say after I let her know we were dissatisfied with her customer service and lack of interpersonal skills. If you don't want to work, go home. She should not be employed.
