Went to Alissa’s Russian House in Billings for tea with my mom today—oh my gosh, fun atmosphere, pleasant hostess, lovely desserts and tea!
LOVE this shop!!! Been here twice and the lil lady working spoiled us! Super cute interior, the tea & treats are amazing! And obviously I've enjoyed how amazing the staff has been.
