“Crazy Mary's lives up to its name and is 100% my favorite place in Billings. I work occasionally in Billings and first started coming to her original restaurant in 2018 and kept coming back multiple times a week for the food. She is hilarious and amazingly personable. The food is simple and well done. My favorite is her shrimp, I get it sautéed and it's always very fresh and perfectly cooked. My husband got the fish and chips which were crispy and well seasoned. Prices are very affordable and about $10-15 per dish. The area is dog friendly and there's a large patio with some tables and chairs as well as indoor seating. She uses different oils for shellfish and her fries to minimize allergens. She also does a lot of work to support work to rehab/improve the lives of people with addiction. I definitely wish there were more people and places like hers in the world. Highly recommend supporting her and trying out the delicious food.”

The staff and crew are friendly, knowledgeable, hard-working, amazing people, with fabulous personalities, and clearly a love for what they do! The breakfast burritos are phenomenal, the pastries are delicious, the coffee is top notch! Make sure you try their mini donuts! Absolutely delicious! If you are not a coffee, lover, They have a great selection of fresh tea also! With lots of unique special recipes to tantalize your taste buds. My favorite part of all is that they are a dog friendly, establishment. The wall of dogs was the coolest thing I’ve seen yet! You can even bring your fur baby in to have coffee with you. And make sure you bring a picture of your Furry Best Dog Pal to put on the “Wall Of Dogs” and get 10% off your purchase. All in all, I would give this place 10 stars! A+ Love it and plan on returning as soon as I can.”

Had a 8 ppl with me and we called ahead and got on the waiting list 40 minutes before we arrived.. Got there and waited 40 to be told it would be another 30 minutes.. I used to work at a texas Roadhouse and been to this one several times.. but to watch our table be given away and then to hear a manager say it was OK makes me sick.. so disappointed and will NEVER return and won't ever recommend..”

“We were passing through on a trip from Wenatchee Wa to Monroeville PA. Luckily we happened to pick @Jake'sBarandGrill for dinner. First of all, Cara was the ultimate server. She was friendly and provided brilliant service. She also gave us the best recommendations. Secondly, we were lucky enough to have their orange glazed duck wings. They were the best wings we have ever had, bar none! I wish we would be here long enough to go back. Highest recommendations!”

“Updating my review to include text because the owners are ballers:Montana Jack's is one of the last bastions of American dinery in Billings without inflated California prices. All of the food is on point, from the breakfast to the burgers to the steaks. They also frequently have events with specialty buffets or discount prices that are actually good and worth it.”

“It's my favorite taco bell in Billings, or Montana for that matter, and the food is always freshly made and staff is friendly. It's the Taco Bell that other Taco Bells around here should be.”

“The French toast tasted great! The only drawback is that it is cooked to the point the outside is as hard as a shingle and cut up the inside of my mouth. They give you one piece of bread cut diagnoly so you have two pieces for $8.50 & coffee was $3. Our waitress got really busy with 1 table of women running her back and forth a hundred times. We sincerely felt bad for her. However, she and her colleagues made sure we always had coffee refills. 1 other thing which we didn't enjoy is the acoustics in the place makes for a VERY noisy experience. We had a hard time hearing and didn't feel like competing to talk over the other guests. We might go back if there is a day that isn't quite as noisy. Once again, our server was excellent.”

“I was just there last month for the Friday night buffet in Springfield, IL. It was TERRIBLE! The chicken and pizza were brought out fresh but everything else was so terribly bad, I don't know where to start. The sides like, green beans, corn, mashed potatoes, and gravy were old and room temperature. They weren't even warm! And to be clear, I arrived when the buffet opened. In fact, the staff were late getting the food out and myself and three other tables had to wait 15 minutes after paying and sitting down to start. The salad bar? The dressings had old crusted/gummed dressing all over the sides of the containers. How easy would it have been to put dressing in new containers after refrigerating them from the night before? Most of the containers in the salad bar were nearly empty and again, were obviously left over from the last buffet. The ice cream machine was broken and making an annoyingly loud humming noise throughout the dining room. There were NO cookies, which used to be warm and gooey. The ONLY dessert on the buffet was pizza dough sprinkled with cinnamon. And yes. That was difficult to chew and over cooked. The carpet in the dining room is black from foot traffic, but worse was the bathroom. One stall had no toilet paper and the stall doors, sinks, and toilet paper dispenser were smudged with God knows what. I was sat at a table looking in the direction of the bathrooms and watched customer after customer come out and go straight to the woman at the front counter to complain. I used to love this location, the food, and the overall experience. I watched as people complained about the sides not being warm, the bathrooms, and the ice cream machine that was broken. The staff blamed the shift before them and said, "I walked into work to find this." They apologized and also told us that the manager went home. To whomever owns this location, I understand that business owners struggle and that good staff can be difficult to obtain or hire. Equiptment breaks down and needs repairs. But, cleanliness and the food not being warm or even placed in fresh containers is laziness. If you care about your business, be present. Show up. Pick up a mop bucket, get in the kitchen, and practice a standard that respects the good people who give you their money. This establishment used to be clean. The buffet used to be amazing. I know they are capable. please start caring again.”

“I can't say enough about these subs. The bread is so good to start with then adding your chosen filling just makes it better. Everything is just so fresh. The place is so clean. Everytime i go in they are cleaning. This is a hidden gem no matter where you find one. I have eaten at one in Utah and the one in Billings Montana and always got great service and food no matter the location. If you have never eaten here you have to try it.”

My first thought was wow this is small but that changed fast to wow this is delicious! The arcade is SO MUCH FUN as well!!!! We skipped the arcade at first and now we can't go there without hitting up the arcade!!! We go to Pizza ranch every time we are in billings we do lunch then play for a couple hours in the arcade!!! Highly recommendKid-friendliness: This is definitely a kid friendly environment! They are very sweet to kids and you also don't pay full price for children and only pay their age! The arcade is definitely welcoming to all kids and especially special needs kids! I was so nervous taking my autistic son but he did absolutely great and was welcomed with open arms!”

We finished with coffee and Lemon Mascarpone Cake with raspberry sauce.The atmosphere is bustling and the staff is wonderful. There is a lot of background noise which can make conversations more difficult if you’re hard of hearing. Parking can be tricky but worth it. Overall we love this place.Dietary restrictions: They offer multiple gluten free pasta options.Kid-friendliness: They have paper table cloths and crayons for kids to draw. High chairs are available. They have a nice kids menu with pasta, pizza, chicken fingers, and Mac n cheese.”

“This review isn’t about the food or the grapefruit mimosas, both which were really good. This review is about how the staff treated two Native American people experiencing homelessness that came into the restaurant this morning. The ladies working today treated these two people with dignity, offering them french toast and letting them finish their meal despite the disdainful glances from the patrons next to them. Being Native myself, my husband and I gave them our leftovers and some cash, but I was very thankful for the warmth and kindness shown by your staff. This will be our go to brunch restaurant and I will recommend to everyone I know.”
