Very disappointed in the poor service that I received when going through the drive-through at this particular Arby's. I asked for a toasted bun on my French dip sandwich. They made it a big deal and said it already came toasted and then they purposely sent it out not toasted and the meat was raw. I asked for fresh extra crispy fries and they told me they can only cook fries one way and they will not redo them for me. It took about 25 minutes to get my food, and the person who is taking my order was very impatient and did not want to listen to my order and was very rude. I go to Arby's all over two different states and I never have an issue with either of my requests and for some reason it was a big deal for this particular location. Not only was the neat raw but the sandwich was so cold that the cheese wouldn't even melt.. Unacceptable when im paying $15 for a sandwich and fries.

The chicken tenders must have been under the warmer since lunch. They are dried out and cold. I have good teeth and all 3 pieces were difficult to bite. Didn’t get to eat any of it. The only good thing was the chocolate shake. For a 3 piece chicken meal it was over $10 of wasted money. The person at the window was friendly. All in all a bad end to a bad day.

For the first time I'm disappointed with an Arby's location. My order was completely wrong, mozzarella sticks instead of jalapeño bites didn't get a milkshake and my sandwich is cold ? the cashier wasnt pleasent and didn't say anything to me besides my total. I'm just tired and hungry....and now I'm going to go somewhere else to hopefully get some food that I want to eat. I hate leaving negative comments, but cmon guys, is customer service really that dead?
