We were here yesterday. Kudos to the young ones serving. They were customer oriented, friendly and helpful to the best of their knowledge. They should’ve had a lead person assisting. The cashier had offended tones when I didn’t want to sign up for points. I didn’t sign up because this is the only place I know of (never seen any other locations) and I make it maybe once a year. When me and my children went to find a place to sit down, a lady who worked there asked if she could take our trays before we sat down. I told her No and she stood there confused. Then said she wasn’t taking our food, just the tray. I told her no, I wanted the trays (many of the tables weren’t clean). We ate and enjoyed luke warm food. Many of the experienced employees were standing around. Food could have been better with the help of the experienced employees. As we went to get up from the table, the lady who wanted our trays was spraying down our table as we lifted the trays off the table. We probably won’t be back because of this lady alone. Plenty she could have been doing but made my family feel like we couldn’t eat here.

They just slopped stuff on a tortilla and didn't even explain the whole ordering situation which Is important for new people. Rather go to Taco Bell next

They need to update the operating hours on google it shows they closed at 11pm. I went there at 10:20 drive thru was closed
I am comp disgusted with how I was treated after I was very clear abt what I wanted then that messed it up then had the audacity to walk away from me when I apologize for have them remake but over all I'm completely shocked bc I have not once had a bad experience with this establishment and I was beyond surprised I don't know if it's new star that's causing this issue but it was honestly the worst experience I've had in billings been for years
