Tried going on a Sunday evening at 7:45. I didn’t realize they closed at 8, but instead of telling us. They quickly locked the doors as we were walking up. I doubt we will return.

It feels more like a franchise now with lower quality food and small portion sizes at higher prices. I recommend Sarah's in downtown billings, if you eat at Sarah's you won't go back to Guadalajaras in my opinion.

This new location was very nice! Our waitress was very helpful and just the perfect level of attention ? It was easy to make substitutions for a vegetarian. I definitely will be returning!Vegetarian options: Very good options available

Pretty standard Tex-mex options. A big menu with a lot to choose from. Food was good, no complaints, nothing

Good food, but the waitresses' rowdy young children made for a less than relaxing lunchtime outing. We had our typical taco Tuesday lunch - tacos, rice and beans. Add a beer for my husband. We were about halfway through lunch when a young boy, about 10 or so years old and a little girl I'd say was about 3 came running through the bar area. They came back a second time and were corraled by a waitress who put them in a booth with drinks. The little girl pitched a hissy fit, dumped over her drink onto the floor and continued squealing and squirming until another waitress gave her some finger food. Hey, I understand when your day care arrangements fall through. If you're lucky enough to be able to bring your kids to work, it would be nice if they were better behaved. Just sayin' the running and screaming weren't appreciated by us grandparents who just wanted a nice, quiet lunch.

It's always wonderful going to Guadalajara's the rice is good. I had flautas I had one beef and one chicken. My husband had enchiladas, one cheese and one ground beef. We were at lunch so we had a single order of rice on the side and we had the lunch portions everything was very lovely. Unfortunately at the time then the ceiling was leaking because of all the rain but that should not distract from the food. It was timely, hot and taste good.
Jaquon (might not be spelling that right) made us feel so welcome and at ease, our visit was a much needed respite from a tense situation. The food was also great.

Staff was very attentive. I had a great time on the patio with horchatta and arroz con polloTarps put up for the rain on Cinco de Mayo we're coming down and there was a pleasant mix of sunshine and shade.I hope management has plans for a better system in that respect. Some hooks and ropes to easily pull them up and down perhaps

The portion was lacking. The peppers were cut very large and thus hard to put into the tortilla..The drinks were a bit watery and allegedly had alcohol but it was very hard to tell. The atmosphere is nice. Overall I don't think we will be eating there again.
