The fruit jellies (pâtes des fruits, but they thankfully don't call them that, I am putting it in for searches) are insanely good! These are the real deal, they are definitely using high quality puree. At $2 for a pretty large Gummi (3-5 bites), they seem expensive, but they will cost you nearly as much to make at home & you'll be exhausted. We were out for a show at the Alberta Bair. Saw the shop and decided to give it a try. Really tasty selection of Gelato. Very clean on the inside. Decent selection on the inside. Worth a try if you have a sweet tooth.

Their macarons are absolutely delicious! Perfectly light and crisp with a soft center. They always have a variety of flavors and every one I've tried has been really tasty. My personal favorite was the salted caramel or the coffee one..I forgot the name but it was delicious! ?
