Went to get breakfast after dropping off a family member for a medical appointment. Remember this, we had to feed 4 adults and 1 kid and it was 9:40am and we were pretty hungry so we go through drive through and the guy taking our order kept saying "oh my god" when we kept adding on to our orders. Then they forgot a order of hotcakes and the elderly at the window kept saying "well there's one right there" it was just a bad experience overall and all we wanted was breakfast. 1/5

Just once can I get my food and NOT have to wait in the “reserved Drive-Thru” parking area! I have grown up eating McDonalds and never had this issue until the last few years, we are are SICK OF IT!!! Why does this happen? Get it together!!

This is the 4th time this week that McDonald's has taken my order and after I paid and waited in line was told that blue raspberry machine was not working and I needed to choose a coke or Dr. Pepper instead. I said no, and the kid at the window said you will have to wait 20 minutes.He then laughed at me and said, "You need to pick a better time to order". This was at Grand and 30th but is rampant at all McDonald's in Billings. Other places need to pick up the slack since McDonald's doesn't really give a damn. By the way, he told me the machine had been out for 10 minutes......great job management in informing your people taking orders and those taking money that they are out of product. I wish I could give them a zero rating. This happens at 24th and Central location and the 1000 location on Grand as well.
