The Billings Panera is awesome. They have friendly staff, good food. The customer service is amazing and the proces are reasonable. I wish they offered a few more smoothie options but their food is fresh, tasty and well portioned. The management here do an excellent job running this location.Great job, only positive things to say about my experiences here.

I’ve stopped here many times for breakfast and occasionally for lunch. The menu has a great variety and it always comes out delicious. The staff on the other hand.. they are incredible. Always smiling and glad to help. Love the location and will recommend anyone to give it a try!

The catering coordinator is awesome and made the delivery perfect. So helpful too! The staff is great and so kind. My food has always has come out super quick and if you have any questions they always answer. I also met the general manager and she was fantastic, she was running around just as much as any other employee and even more!Parking: Plenty of parking!
Chicken noodle soup should include noodles, chicken, and broth. Not just broth. Terrible effort. It's not hard to do it right.

Rushed order taker, ordered dine in, our food was brought out as take out and set on a table 5 feet away from us, we were not even told it was ours. We were told to leave to eat it so that they could close. Not in a kind or customer service oriented way. Unimpressed. Staff working was 2/15/24.

1st time going to Panera Bread. It was a confusing and upsetting experience. Menu was unclear, and girl taking my order had no clue how to answer my questions. My 'TINY' piece of bread was just thrown in the bag. GROSS !! NEVER GOING TO PANERA AGAIN, EVER!
