Came to the drive through one day here and there was literally dookie splattered on the window in the drive through absolutely unsanitary and disgusting.

First, these guys are never open on a consistent basis due to low staffing. When they are open it's always an adventure, but this last visit just might be my last visit. We ordered a family meal of 8 pieces plus mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. They were out of mac and cheese and I had to fight with the clerk to get another substitute. Didn't get our sauces and was accused of stealing them. Two pieces of chicken were so overcooked they were inedible, but by that point I wasn't going back to the counter. No manager around, bathroom was filthy. Just awful.

After the order was rang up wrong, I spoke with the manager because the worker at the counter said "I didn't ring it up" despite him actually helping the guy who did ring it up. The manager was great though. Fixed the order and was really nice about it. Mistakes happen no biggie. After waiting patiently to get the food I said thank you and went home. After pulling the chicken out the spicy chicken was the worst I've seen. Near dark brown and dry, you could tell it had been either over cooked or sitting for way too long. I'm going to have to say over cooked because they were struggling to keep up with a sudden rush of orders... And a particularly nasty customer who thought it was ok to cuss at a young lady. (Shame on you dude.. unacceptable no matter how long you were waiting. And she should have kicked you out.)Though she handled everything like a boss. Just wish the chicken had been better.

Horrible, was told it would be 16 minutes because they had to cook bone in chicken, thought cool going to be fresh didn't realize that after I placed my order it was going to be another 5 minutes before the guy actually batererd it and dropped it in the grease, not a big deal waiting 21 minutes,got it home it was dry,over cooked and nasty.

Zero stars. Waiting in line 10 minutes before being able to order followed by close to another 20 minute wait to pay. We had to confirm our order with 3 employees only after another 15 minutes before an employee requested that we pull forward because they had yet to prepare our order. This of course was compounded by the vehicle in front of us (which had already left) coming back to pickup missing items from their order.

Still Not a capable operation.Ownership can't even pay the wages to keep the store open. That's pretty pathetic. I've seen a lot of people walk up, just to have some locked doors. THIS IS A MAJOR SIGN OF FAILIRE! Only fast food joint in Billings that had to close a location due to managerial and ownership incompetence.

Quickly took our order, and then we found out that there were people in front of us who had been waiting for their single orders for 35 minutes. Other people walked in, saw the lack of customer service, and walked out. We waited for ten minutes, the only ones served were the ones who were deal dashed, or at the drive up window. I loudly, not yelling inquired where the food was for those who were in front of us, no one was working on the front counter, then the manager, who was classless, jumped in and said, "can't you see how bust we are". as cooked chicken was being dumped under the heat lamps. I finally askes for a refund, please, several times , while she continued to rant. which I finally got. So unimpressed with this store, and Nicole. Bojangles in NC always had long lines and great service, no excuses. This place sucks and will never get my business.

Long wait in drive thru. When I got food finally, they didn't give me my card back. I asked for it and receipt . Finally got card but someone else receipt. Asked again for my receipt and given someone else's again. Second person came to help and they she said my card didn't work so they reran it . When i checked my account it was charged twice. I went inside to show manager she said there was nothing they could do, that i would have to take it up with bank. She said they didn't run it twice, I said 2 different employees ran it. Was told they didn't, when i showed her on bank that it was, was told again they couldn't give me a refund. Very poor customer service and the food was horrible. Would strongly not recommend this location by south gate drive in Billings.

I can understand being understaffed and being slower because of that. What I can't comprehend is that people that ordered after us like 6+ people getting their food and ours hadn't even been started yet. Also the attitude when I asked about my order and being rudely told I'm only one person. I get that but why did everyone wise get their food that ordered after us and after 30 minutes still had not started on our food. then acted like I was an inconvenience when I wanted a refund. Refund is quicker than making my did at least. Will never return this was my 3rd and final straw with them. They should just close

Horrible. Threw it all away. Ordered the spicy chicken tender combo to go because the restaurant was filthy and received the wrong chicken. The chicken seemed like it wasn’t even cooked. The chicken and fries were soggy. Food wasn’t even warm.

Long wait times. Unfriendly staff, poor customer service and unclean staff. Asked for refund, they threw some other customers items in my bag.

15 min in the drive thru before ordering, 10 to get to the window and 5 to pay and get my food. There were only 4 cars in front of me and I counted at least 6 employees. Will never be back...

No ice. No straws. Waited 40 minutes for food for two people. Food was wrong. Staff was kind but maybe understaffed? All the tables were dirty. Would not recommend.

I was only the second person in the whole restaurant, they forgot the guy before me's fries for his combo. I waited 20 mins for a spicy chicken combo and my fries were cold, the guy after my got his order after 5 mins. Manager gets a plate of food and sits in down to eat while I wait the whole time. No ice. Dirty. Very bad experience for my first time trying Popeyes.

Great n wonderful chicken.. good food and will always be a fan of the sanchwichs.Also loved working there which was a fun place to be at.
