We had a nice dinner here tonight. One of our doner wraps came out different than we ordered. The shift leader or manager let us keep the extra one, brought us the new doner wrap and some baklava. Very impressed with the service here. We will be back!
Spitz is awesome ordered door dash tonight they got my order wrong. DoorDash wouldn’t make it right. So I called restaurant manager offered me a refund I said really I’d just like the same order. He said no problem and I asked if I need to pick it up and he said no I’ll deliver it. Gave me 2 new orders made correctly and baklava. Great customer service
