“Worst experience EVER at this Texas Roadhouse.. Was celebrating finally paying off my business and wanted to go here.. Had a 8 ppl with me and we called ahead and got on the waiting list 40 minutes before we arrived.. Got there and waited 40 to be told it would be another 30 minutes.. I used to work at a texas Roadhouse and been to this one several times.. but to watch our table be given away and then to hear a manager say it was OK makes me sick.. so disappointed and will NEVER return and won't ever recommend..“
“The beginning was a little rough as it was shift change and an older couple was not responding well to the change. After that everything was amazing! Our waitress was so kind and helpful. Food was delicious. Everyone was in a happy mood so that made it even better. Definitely made our family’s top 5 places to eat when we are in Billings. Can’t wait to come back“
“If you want basic, boring chain-grille/cafe standard fare, don't eat here. If you want original twists on standard recipes that are refreshing and delicious, definitely eat here. Our first visit will not be out last. Very pleasantly surprising. Don't be put off by the location at the end of the manufacturing building on the northside of Billings Heights. This place is what hometown/not-chain grilles/cafes are supposed to be. Not the same tastes everywhere, but their special tastes: cayenne kicked honey mustard dressing; soupy, tasty clam chowder; great prime rib sandwich and chicken fried steak; save room for Huckleberry short cake with Huckleberry ice cream!Wait staff is friendly, sassy and fun. This is not just a good meal. It is great time. Your near-by Metra event is not complete unless you visit the Bull Mountain Grille!“
“Overall this was a fantastic dinning experience. Our server, Valana, guided us to select the finest menu selections and was on top of all of our dining needs! We had the best time, passing through Billings, MT and stopping in for a meal after a long day of driving we felt rewarded by the great food, comfortable setting and sense of being the MVP dining!! We loved it so much that we plan to stop back here on our return trip later this month! Best ending of a day EVER!!“
“This was our first visit as we live out of town. I made a reservation online Saturday evening for Sunday at 5:30. Upon arrival, we were told even with a reservation, we would have to wait to be seated as a large group was arriving and would take precedence. Not the best first impression! We were invited to eat in the bar and we chose that rather than have to wait who knows how long. Once seated, our waitress provided excellent service and the food was very good. I would definitely come again even though we felt we were downgraded by a larger group.“
“the food was delicious. i had the filet mignon & my boyfriend had the bison medallions. both were cooked perfectly & had such great flavor. we had the potstickers for an appetizer, they were yummy but i didn’t love the sauces they came with though.. we also had the apple cider bourbon and a glass of wine- both super tasty! erin was our server & she was personable and very attentive. will definitely go back ?“
