Every time we have come here the employees have been rude. Today the girl with short black hair working at around 5:30-5:45 was exceptionally rude and unhelpful making scoffing sounds at us and vaguely waving her arm around at a sign when asking a very simple question. Safe to say we won’t be returning.

I’m sad to say that although she was polite, the girl working at the counter yesterday made our boba tea order totally wrong. My unsweetened green tea was sweetened somehow— it may be that their boba is sweetened, which I would have appreciated knowing as sweetener gives me a headache and I asked for an unsweetened tea. :( My husband’s boba milk tea, however, was just NOT milk tea… there was no tea in it! When we were handed our order, his looked like milk with boba in it, so he kindly asked if there was a mistake and if tea was supposed to be in it. We were told, “No, boba milk tea actually has no tea in it, it has a non dairy creamer with a water base.” This is just not true— he ALWAYS orders boba milk tea and multiple shops always put tea in it— but my husband was at a loss as this girl clearly didn’t know HOW to make his drink, and there didn’t seem to be anyone one else there. So… we left. His non dairy creamer drink and my sweetened tea unfortunately went into the trash before being finished. I wish we had better things to say but not this time! Hopefully the owner can see this review and make the correction so that staff knows how to make a basic boba milk tea! :/

I would love to be able to give a review of their products, unfortunately they never seem to be open. I have tried a couple of times when their sign on the door says they should be open (as well as their posted hours for Google), but the door is locked. If I am ever able to actually try their tea and cupcakes, I will update this review.

The shop, decor and the staff was lovely! Unfortunately the out of few main things the shop offers (loose leaf tea, build your own boba drinks, and cupcakes) the boba was not good. I'm not sure if we had a bad batch, but the boba was not cooked all the way through, so the tapioca pearls were hard instead of being gummy/chewy. And out of their milk tea list options the Taro and the Thai teas were not sweetened (as much as previous milk teas I've had) and there was no ice put in the cups, so the milk teas were oddly warm instead of chilled. I did however get to pick up a lovely tea steeper!I think this shop could really do well if staff had proper training on how to prepare boba and milk teas. Until then, I don't think I'd come back.

Review of the tea: It’s bad. The black tea base is weak. Comes out tasting watered down. All the flavors are the cheap pump syrups and CoffeeMate for cream. So it’s just bad tea and cheap/shelf syrups glammed up to look like a nice tea place. I honestly don’t know how this place has any return business.
