Simple yet thoughtful Ceviche. Ingredients are cut in just perfect size for the sauce to be dressed. Ceviche is served with rice and banana crisps on the side which bring more variety to your experience.Highly recommended.
This restaurant reminds me of a small coastal fishermen's town in Ecuador. Some of smells even bring me back. The food, service, and establishment as a whole are fantastic! Everything they serve is very healthy, a nice change!Highly recommend!

Stopped in for a quick lunch on my way to do errands in Bozeman. So glad that I did! The owner was quick to let me try the different sauces to determine which ones to use in my bowl (he encouraged for me to mix two). I added all the veggies to my two fish choices, and it was served with rice and plantains. Loved the Mexican Fanta to round out the meal. Will be stopping in again as warmer weather pairs perfectly with a light, fish lunch!
