They were totally sold out on an average Wednesday morning by noon, 2 hours after opening. They had one very small pretzel left and no fresh lemonade. We settled for the pretzel and it wasn't even fully baked, had to throw 3/4 of it away as it was pure dough.

They are breadsticks not pretzels. Pretzels are boiled in baking soda water and then cooked to give them the shiny brown coating pretzels are known for.

The customer service was terrible. The server messed up my son’s order and proceeded to argue with us about it. We went with her version of the order, because we didn’t want to have a big argument. She was one of the rudest servers I’ve ever encountered.

Gave the cashier the only 20.00 and gave me change for a 10,00, she just didn’t not look at the money and said I only gave her a 10.00. Never go there again hate to think they are cheating older people out of their money.

I ordered cheddar cheese with my LARGE pretzel bites and the 17 year old blond girl gave me nacho cheese along with a regular instead of a large (paid for large not regular). Keep in mind she’s done this twice in both times that I’ve been there. She was hardcore flirting with my boyfriend and after she told him nacho was better she gave that to me instead of cheddar. Control your workers and their hormones please. Don’t want it to happen again.
Horrible, the pretzels were doughy and the girl working was snotty and said “thanks for not tipping me” even though I was reaching in my wallet. After that I just walked away while she proceeded to talk to the male in the back.

I got a cinnamon and sugar pretzel, along with a fountain drink. When I got back to work and started to consume, I realized after a big gulp that the drink tasted strongly like bleach smells. I smelled the drink and it smelled overwhelmingly of bleach. And the pretzel was still doughy (after waiting 15 minutes for them to make it!!). My stomach soon started to churn, and I threw up multiple times. I called the store to report the incident, and was rudely told that no bleach is ever used. When I continued to maintain that it was very bleach-smelling nonetheless, the individual on the phone YELLED, "Well, what do you want ME to do about it??" Taken aback, I commented that I would reach out to corporate, to which the individual very sarcastically said, "Here, wait. Let me give you the number." I hung up with him and called the number, reaching the owner of this particular franchise. I gave him the details of what happened, and he assured me he would take care of it. I am confident that he will address the situation with the individual who answered my first call, but it is doubtful I will go back to that location ever again.
