Just sharing this because I’m kind of shocked. I’m not asking for my money back just an FYI. Taking order thru drive through. Lady is messing up the order as I’m ordering. I noticed as it appeared wrong on order screen. I inform her and then she corrects it. My order still comes wrong, but the worse part is the bun is smashed and falling apart. Afraid I would get sick from food from the condition of it. Just had to throw that food in the trash. No dinner for me, thanks

I waited 9 mins for my food. They jad to bring it out. My fries were cold. No one likes cold fries. This os a regular accurace and im tired of staying quiet. Get it together Mcdonds on 14th in Great Falls. We pay alot now adays to get cold food.
The robotic trash cans. The sterile lifeless lobby. The 2 humans in the back loading food into the machines. Even the food tasted metallic. Humans are going away people.
