One of the other gals was making a pizza and was rolling her eyes so loudly that I couldn't help but hear it.

“The food here, in my experience is very good. They make everything fresh, from scratch. This visit i didn't eat- but went in to get a cake. I've had cakes from here before and they're pretty good. The cake-sponge recipes make a heavy cake- like a pudding cake. The cakes (in my experience) are 3 layers; each layer 1 to 1.5 inchs tall (i measured)... and [guessing] 10+ inch rounds, so pretty big, and unexpectedly heavy. Their buttercream frosting is great. The people who work here are really great! This particular cake has some cons. It tasted okay but a couple of the layers were way over-baked, as evidenced by the almost burned top, bottom and edges. For just about $70.00 we expect more. Yes, you read that right! About?70”

“We stopped in here after floating the MF Salmon, and I had an amazing lamb gyro which I paired with their delectable watermelon feta pistachio salad. I felt like I'd died and gone to heaven!!!! Sure wish we had a place like this in Eugene, home of great Thai food and more, but nowhere can I find a good gyro here. And that watermelon salad, wow! I'll try to make it here at home, I guess.”

“The Golden Moose is a great little restaurant/bar with a Casino attached. The bartenders are all really delightful and the service is always awesome! I’ve only eaten here a couple of times and the salads I’ve had were bigger than I expected and quite yummy. It can be just on games days and on Fridays& Saturday nights but it’s always filled with interesting locals.”

“BC Coffee Roasters was Delicious & affordable. I got a 20oz pour over of " Chiapas " The service was fast & friendly. The atmosphere was inviting and artsy fartsy! Loved it, go in their and check out their single origin coffee. I passed because I literally have pounds at home.”

“Drive through coffee kiosk on out side of the IGA market. Bitterroot Beaverton makes all the drinks you'd expect. My go to's are usually a caramel macchiato, double vanilla latte, or dirty chai. All are typically pretty good.”

“In town visiting family and stopped in for something to eat as the other place we usually frequent was closed. First time eating here. Food is pretty decent and the girls behind the counter were lovely. The red headed dude with his security toothpick could use an attitude adjustment and it looks like we’re not the only ones who feel this way. He seemed put out at having to help with our order, seems to really dislike his job and not want to be there. I get it, I’ve had bad days too but it sounds like every day is a bad one for him. May or may not return.”

We love the online ordering, its fast, accurate and always ready when we arrive for pick-up. The wait and kitchen staff are always friendly. We sincerely appreciate the good food and great service.”

“Iam an employee of Kodiak Jax’s! I want to correct the review that someone put “ we were told to go away” cuz it was to busy ? There is no one at my job that would have told a customer to go away … how would you like for me to write a review on your job site and lie ? The food industry is brutal ! We do the best we can to please you all! I love my job and the owners are very kind! It’s sad to read all the complaints.. as if you were in our shoes you would see things differently. We do the best we can! No one is perfect, mistakes happen. First off we don’t give silverware and napkins to all deliveries.if asked at the time of making your order we could have helped there. We also have two phone lines and two waitresses, when we have a full restaurant it’s hard to be on the phone constantly, as then we would be ignoring our customers that are seated. We always try our best to please everyone. Since iv started working here iv noticed how awful people can be. It’s truly sad.. shameful. We are not slaves, or any less then yourselves. We deserve to be treated respectfully as we treat you respectfully. Patience is something we all could use. Gratitude also. Be kind ! Enjoy life. And the little things “ food” being one of those things. People have good days and bad days. Plus you never know what someone could be going through. Think of others other then just yourselves. The comments iv read are just selfish and horrible. Be grateful! Be nice! The other thing is iv seen is the ones who complain keep coming back as well … so it must not be to bad ?”
