Ordered at thr drive thru. 2 for 6 roast beefs cheese sticks jalapeños jamoca shake with 2 sides of cheese. I didn't receive a straw for the shake and although I paid for the 2 cheese sauces I did not receive those either. Normally I would just let this go. But this isn't the first time I didn't receive the cheese sides. The rest of the food seemed fresh and delicious. But when you have to pay for the cheese sides and don't receive them.....

Today I went in and ordered a four-piece mozzarella stick and a large mello yello. When I got to the drive-thru I was informed that my mozzarella sticks were not yet ready and that I needed to go and park. Before I parked. She headed me my drink, I noticed it was covered in a really gross dark brown substance that almost resembled dried blood. I also noticed the substance was all over my debit card as well. I went inside to show them my drink, and the manager took my drink and told another employee to get a new mellow yellow for me. She did not say sorry or even explain what was on my cup. I will not be going back to this location. Disgusting service and disgusting behavior on behalf of management honestly. I will be keeping my receipt and I will be speaking with corporate about this. I really wish I had taken pictures.

I ordered a large peach lemonade. it came in a medium cup, when told the lady it was not a large she said this is the large for specialty drinks. I was highly disappointed and felt ripped off. Especially since wendys sell the same drinks and their large cups are twice the size. Why cant all Large drinks at Arbys be in the same size cups.

I brought a group from out of town to visit Helena, MT. When it became time for lunch I thought Arby's is a good idea as it often is elsewhere in the country. I could not legally leave the vehicle I drove for the group which I stopped curbside next to Arby's, so one of the members of the group ordered for me. I asked for a beef sandwhich, curly fries and a drink. Well, the drink is a drink, no comment there. When I opened the wrapper around the sandwhich I could hardly believe my eyes. It was a small piece of beef on one half of a bread bun. No top bun, nothing at all on the sandwhich other than the small piece of beef and half a bun. So I took the fries out of the brown paper bag, and found them to be cold and squashed together. I will recommend steering clear of this particular Arby's on Montana Ave, Helena, MT.

The order was wrong and missing food. As someone who has managed fast food in the past, it doesn’t matter if it’s the first order of the day, or the last like ours, quality and accuracy are equally important.

The absolute worst...! They left out our receipt and one of our sandwich's and then said no big deal we didn't get charged for it. 3 drinks 3 fries and I guess 2 sandwiches. How's that happen with combo meals? And then blame me. They knew who I was when I called without an order # or anything. How's that possible? I'll never go back, and I advise you not either! Manager made it sound like it was my problem. F.U.! Arby's.......!
