“If you need to serve a lot of people for an event, I highly recommend The Rib Shack. Such a wonderful place and wonderful food. We just served 100+ for our wedding rehearsal dinner and there is not a rib left! The brisket is also excellent as are the coleslaw and beans. Our guests kept raving about the food. Even more, Tom was so wonderful to work with. He returned emails and calls punctually, was so kind and helpful, and was generous with his time in the middle of a busy wedding and event season. “The gyro is overwhelmingly delicious. Stuffed with meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, big chunks of feta cheese, a great taziki sauce, and french fries! I gave 5 stars for atmosphere because it's a food truck and I got to eat at home. Perfect treat for dinner.“
