Just left there after being pulled around in drive through and having to wait for my food for over 15 minutes only in the end to order 1 simple meal and have them screw it up after getting All the way home and noticing it! Monster roast beef with very little meat no bacon and just a little Bit of cheese I asked for barbecue sauce got nothing even after asking them if it was in the bag after bringing it to me very poor service! If short handed having over 10 cars pulled around then maybe the rich owners should be there helping there employees and obviously they all looked upset and disgruntled taking it out on the people apparently with no supervision I take it! The owners need to get off the couch and help them instead of living there rich lives on there couch! Very poor business needs to just shut the doors do not go there poor service!!!!!!!

Hardee's is always a nice change from the other fast food options in Helena. The burgers are big, and the curly fries and onion rings are really good. The shakes are a bit pricey but are a decent size.

Wanted few burgers, onion rings and jalapeño poppers. Used Hardee's app...took and charged credit card. Arrive, asked if I responded to an email? I ordered and took money? Didn't have, but found. Then onion rings hard, like overcooked or sat 45 min. Poppers has so much breading, hardly get taste of that or cheese.

They don’t help truck drivers on the drive through. The semi truck doesn’t fit. Dinning room close at 8:30 am.

The food was great the service was good the only downside to this location is the manager she is a horrible person I have never in my life heard a store manager degrade and belittle her employee's like that she should not be the supervisor of anything the way she is it was embarrassing just being a customer I feel so sorry for the workers there

The people were nice and there were decently priced meals for people on a budget but I'm kinda unimpressed with the fact that you aren't able to get 2 orders of Small French fries for $5.00 That is on corporate, not the local store but it's what turned me away. Pretty lame in general. That is 30 minutes of work?

So, with all the 1 stars reviewers, i was hoping to have a good experience so i could write a good review. Ordered a Mushroom Burger & $5Chicken finger meal (no upsize). It's not fast food, not even sure cook to order. Folks who came in 5 minutes after us received their food before us. whoops, Tommy's shake came out 5 minutes later. Not good kitchen management at a minimum. Guess they need more teenage help. About 20 minutes from order to arrive at table. French Fries warm, not hot :'( Chicken tenders are hot & tasty. guess that's what held the order up.

The food was good but the manager was quite incompetent. The guy in the back was cleaning etc. yet the manager was just talking with I assumed the owner. The guy in the back called her a few times but after she ignored him he stopped doing his job to help me. She than made excuses and blamed him for not calling her. What a joke! One person working hard and the other just makes excuses and runs her mouth.
