Dietary restrictions: Not much of a selection for diabetics. I did have a nice Ham and cheese croissant. But as usual the pastries looked wonderful but none that I saw were sugar free. Maybe they could do a croissant with cream cheese sweetened with stevia?
Absolutely favorite place! The location downtown is fun because it’s walking distance to several shops if you’d like to take a look around after this stop. I usually have no problem finding parking right out front mid morning during the week, which is a major bonus for me since I have 3 littles to keep an eye on.The croissants are the best ones in town BY FAR. I visited Ceres for the first time today and purchased a perfect looking chocolate croissant. After taking it home and gently heating it in the microwave, I enjoyed arguably the best croissant I’ve ever had. The flaky exterior revealed light tasty layers inside, and the chocolate was dark and smooth. What a wonderful French bakery right here in Kalispell!!
