Talk about amazing! A warm gooey cinnamon roll wrapped in chocolate chip cookie dough and baked to his warm yumminess! Yikes!

I waited quite a while for anyone to even acknowledge me. Then I was told they'd be with me in a minute and waited 6 minutes for them to actually stop rolling dough right in front of me and take my order. THEN in the middle oof taking my order she turns her back on me to start a doordash order. The woman in the back that seemed to be management was very rude and the young girl helping us seemed clueless and poorly trained. They could really use corporate or proper management checking in and getting them back on track

Not like other Auntie Anne’s locations. Pretzels are overcooked, come in various sizes and they don’t keep their sauces warm. A corporate quality check and proper training is in order.

I went in to get my bogo deal from T-Mobile Tuesdays... On a Tuesday, and after using the restroom I came out to see they closed 45 minutes early and I had already clicked redeem. So now I can't get my bogo deal or any pretzel at all. I was so excited to get a free pretzel that my day has been ruined.Let's not forget the last few times I was here someone handled my pretzel with their bare hands, no gloves or anything AFTER touching my money. Nice. I love germspreading and disease, thank you.

When I got there lady ahead of me placed a large order and kept adding " one more thing" about ten different times ..the lady was a ninja as was rest of staff as they came to help. I really hope the lady ahead of me tipped...food was good and fresh..I've been here before when it's been slightly burnt but it tasted good still and is understandable once in a blue moon .bread/dough is so temperamental lol

The pretzel bites were somehow stale and greasy at the same time. The cheese came in a sealed cup, cold. Just gross.

Took over 5 min at the register just to get two pre-made pretzels salted. Asked for drink to be blended and didn't get it. Cashier used same gloves to salt our pretzels, make my drink, touch the register/iPad, and wiped them on her pants. Very strange, gross, plus bad service. They were not busy nor understaffed either.
