I waited quite a while for anyone to even acknowledge me. Then I was told they'd be with me in a minute and waited 6 minutes for them to actually stop rolling dough right in front of me and take my order. THEN in the middle oof taking my order she turns her back on me to start a doordash order. The woman in the back that seemed to be management was very rude and the young girl helping us seemed clueless and poorly trained. They could really use corporate or proper management...read full review
Not like other Auntie Anne’s locations. Pretzels are overcooked, come in various sizes and they don’t keep their sauces warm. A corporate quality check and proper training is in order.

Spot in the Southgate Mall always has a line! Nothing terribly and it moves quickly, but it is obviously popular. ** It is also a Cinnabon outlet**I got the Cookie Bonbite for the first time—are you freaking kidding me?!? Why did I do this? Talk about amazing! A warm gooey cinnamon roll wrapped in chocolate chip cookie dough and baked to his warm yumminess! Yikes!
