It’s a Burger King not a fancy sandwich shop, but I waited in the drive through for almost 20 minutes before anyone could bother to take my order. And this was at 10:30 pm! Y’all need to do better and have the energy to actually greet the customer when we get to the window! It’s like the found the first teenager walking out a dispensary and gave them a job
This is where to go if you can wait 45 minutes. They have a turkey outside waiting for handouts though. That’s cool I guess

Burger King has always been a intresting place to goto no matter where you are in the US, but this is the only one that I have seen that has a turkey customer and that's is awesome, but it unfortunately doesn't make up for the service issues for this location.The employees seemed either to be undertrained or don't care because they were blunt and to the point, kinda rude when taking in a order, and overall it wasn't the greatest service experience. However, the Food was good! Classic bacon cheeseburger with some fries and it came out good. Overall the place is good for a quick bite, but I would recommend to order ahead.

Another cold hamburger from Burger King. Used them 4 times over the past 10 years - Great Falls, Helena, Missoula - always cold. Looked nice and tasted okay - but cold. Is this supposed to be like Papa Murphy's Take n' Bake. Quality people - in this terrible economy, quality is important. McDonald's know that!

This is the place to go if you have 30 minutes to wait for your order. There was 1 car ahead of me in the drive through and it still took that long. One worker was trying his best to help everybody in the drive through and lobby. However the other worker with the ugliest most disgusting patchy beard I've ever seen just walked around and laughed and did nothing. I got in trouble at work for being late because of these clowns.

The service was good. It was clean outside. And the food was really good. I had a Whoper -pickle, + mustard, cut in half.
I really enjoy this place and it's rotating cast of staff members (seriously, what's up with that? It's a new crew every week!) They never fail me in my off the wall, bordering on insane requests. I head in there and the staff don't hesitate to accommodate me. Atmosphere gets 3 stars because of the feral homeless peopleParking: Burger King comes with their own parking lot. If that ever gets filled up, you could always park in the street behind it or in Taco Bell's parking lot.

Sat in the drive thru for 30+ minutes. Was asked to hold when I arrived at the order window and they took almost ten minutes to return. Im still sitting here stuck. Not sure what the deal is or why this Burger King is so awful. The menu is also missing half the panels and they told me they don’t carry a product I just got here last week lol. Huge waste of time. Do not come here.

I understand short staffed, but we sat in line for over 45minutes, if not longer. Was blocked in both sides by multiple cars, so couldn’t bounce. Absolutely ridiculous.
