I have came to this location 4 times now. I'm not joking when I say every single time I have gotten the incorrect order. Either missing something, a completely wrong soup, or meal item. I can understand once, but 4 times? That's a bit ridiculous. We will not be coming back to this location.

Where can you get healthy fast food? Many have tried and failed, but Panera has options for nice meals of sandwiches, soups, and salads. I like the squash soup, Greek salad, toasted steak & white cheddar sandwich. Definitely a try if you haven't yet.

if i wasn't required to put a star there wouldn't be one. the staff at this place was so unbelievably rude, they talked down to us like we were 2. will never be going there again and telling everyone how rude they are

The staff is friendly and very attentive. The managers run a good operation. I just suggest you stay away when the owner is on premises. The free wifi and hanging out is frowned on by the owner. I am a Christian, and what he does is not very Christian. I have $$$$$$ and I feel Panera is too expensive.

I had a very yummy broccoli and cheddar soup in a bread bowl. It was really good. It's sad that we don't have an actual person taking my order. The interface, however, was really easy to use. My friend and I sat by the fireplace on a very frigid day with our soup. Enjoyable experience.

First time going here, ordered a Chicken Green Goddess Caprese Melt. Received the worst sandwich i’ve ever had from somewhere, for $11??? Sandwich had no trace of chicken and store refuses to do refund unless I go back in. Pure laziness to send a whole sandwich out without the main ingredient.

Generally I don't really have problems at this Panera. They have self-service checkout which eliminates most interaction with staff. But the place is dirty every time I go in there -- tables not wiped down, trash all over the floor, etc. -- and it's getting hard to justify stopping in for the occasional sandwich when you can't find a clean place to sit and eat it.
I tried the charged lemonade and it didn't kill me.Super disappointed.

Price has gone way up, yet quality has gone way down. What happened to this place? I used to get it once a month and love it, now I regret getting it once every 6 months.Also, I had a huge issue with my food and emailed the company as the website directed me to. They ignored me as well, which goes to show Corporate doesn't care about their customers either!

absolute disgrace. order a vegetarian sandwich, hurrying back to school i begin to eat my sandwich when i notice somethings not quite right. IT WAS A CHICKEN SANDWICH! i'm incredibly appalled as panera has broken my vegetarian streak of 7 years. the vegan police are now after me. my stomach is in shambles. you may be wondering "how did i you not notice the chicken?" my answer is simple... I had a friend to call and pick up my order due to being busy at work. When she came back I had no I called Panera and told him that I was missing my drink. Jazz who answered the phone was very flippant to me and made fun of me. Stating that she couldn't get it to me now because they are too busy! I give this girl a zero rating! I even got the wrong cookie in my bag!
