Hey owner Kurt of Missoula and Lolo locations! You are going to be held to account for bouncing your employees checks. I'm taking you to the Labor Board for starters and retaining an attorney. now if this was a ine time accident, fine, all good. But since it's a habit, I'm going to rally everyone l can find that you have done this to over the years. Shame on you Kurt, give it up. You cannot and should not be running a business. Ruined a good sandwich store, way to sink what once was a pretty string ship buddy

I concur with 1-star ratings (wish I could leave a 0-star). Pathetic, with little to no concept of customer service. Too young, sometimes slovenly crew with seemingly no one in charge. Seems there's no adult supervision. Dubious clocking in/out procedures also overheard. No two look the same as far as uniforms. Been out of meatballs all week because "they're too hard to properly thaw"?!? Actually baking bread (takes 30 minutes) when I came to pickup a paid for order. Often out of many items, displaying empty containers on front line, despite a truck having just arrived. Sometimes make your order with their choice of bread because of course they're out of your choice. Constant complaining in front of/within earshot of customers (totally unprofessional). Attitude comes free with your order (if they even have it), no common courtesy (huh? or stink eye, or nothing instead of "ma'am/sir). Been here many times, but just getting worse. Worker's boisterous friends often loitering. Tried calling owner-auto hang up. Subway customer service, surveys never answered. Can't call to complain. Shut this place down immediately! They're just stealing customers' money with subpar, non-caring results all around. Health department rating 78/100 (probably shouldn't even be that high). Can't believe I haven't gotten sick here. Buyer beware!!

This place is a joke. The employees are a joke. They take no pride in the display of food or themselves. Girls literally wearing shorts that are riding up there private parts and are so short looks like they are wearing no pants. Don't know how to make a sandwich asks the customers what comes on a subway club -_- or a BMT. I'm sorry what?!? You should know the entire menu. They are always out of EVERYTHING. This whole crew needs to be fired. New management needs to take over. If you don't do this you might as well just close this subway.

Prices went up but 4 slices of thin meat in a foot long, all you taste is lettuce and bread. What a joke!

Walking inside the first thing I noticed was just how many soda choices were out of order. The service was mediocre, they seemed as if we were bothering them for even thinking about walking in to order a quick bite. We got a large drink with the order to get sprite from the soda machine, but when I took a sip it was carbonated water and the syrup was out. I waited 6 minutes to have them change the syrup. The employee who was fixing it up just decided to put an "Out of Order" sticker on the sprite and not offer us any information about the situation or offer any alternatives.

Literally everything was so disgusting. Halfway through making my sandwich i wanted to ask them to throw it away.
I normally don't write bad reviews, but... I had to on this place. Store was dirty. Just dirty. Glass where food was made, floor, counters, all of it. The one girl working was kind and did her best. The other girl was the daughter of owner and made sure that we were aware of that. Lettuce was brown and just gross. We stayed away from most items as they needed to be thrown out. We got a very basic sandwich toasted and got out. We started our order prior to noticing everything, otherwise we wouldn't have purchased anything.

Filthiest store ever! Dust all over counters, in window ledges, the glass that shows the food was filthy, hadn't been cleaned for days. Windows were filthy, so were the few tables that were there. Employee made our sandwiches and went out to smoke and chat on his phone. Another customer came in, he waited a few minutes , finished his smoke , came in and DID NOT WASH his hands, immediately put gloves on and continued to make that customers food. I mentioned all this to the employee, he didn't seem to care much. A phone call to the Health Dept might be in order... Would not recommend this Subway to anyone.

I was having trouble with my card tonight and the workers were extremely patient and gracious as I called my bank. While I waited on hold for my bank they even gave my toddler a cookie. The workers were extremely professional and considerate. 10/10 service. Thank you both.

The Subway on Broadway in Missoula is filthy. The management was complaining about how people were parked. (No parking lines in the parking area). The young lady manager, daughter of the owner, then flipped out on a couple and actually said F*^+ You and flipped them off. TOTAL GHETTO!!! WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND!!!
