All the hard shell tacos were broken, sour cream was spread on the outside of the taco, barely full. I don't get it. I'm always nice and donate to their tuition thing. Hope it's not going to the people that made those tacos because college might be an unrealistic aspiration. Idk, maybe they'd be more successful testing infant toys instead.

This location is the only safe bet with Taco Bell in town. The other locations in Missoula are lacking in consistency and speed. The east Broadway taco bell is easily the best.

The man who is taking orders and shipping is rude and uses bad words, the one who is on the morning

I've went to this location on Broadway a few times overall the past few months and usually it's pretty good fast food but... recently they've seemed to not care as much as they used too and its kinda sad. I ordered a cravings box and the food preparation was a nightmare; the cheese dip was open and had spilled all over everything, a taco was folded into a... square? (Like dude how did you do that lmao) and the chalupa was more of just the shell since it basically had a very small amount of stuff on the inside. The burrito and chips were good though. Overall, I still think this is a good place to get your taco bell cravings, but I hope their quality improves :)

It's Taco Bell, not a 5 star experience. That being said, I got a cold chalupa, and a cold burrito. The tacos and crunchwraps were passable. The service was pretty judgemental and unfriendly. I have had good service and food here in the past, but it's pretty inconsistent. Not bad, but not great.

I recently visited Taco Bell and had an unexpectedly delightful meal experience. Upon entering, the ambiance was casual and inviting, with vibrant colors and a clean environment. The staff was friendly and efficient, quickly taking my order.I decided to try the Crunchwrap Supreme, a novel offering combining a soft flour tortilla with a crunchy tostada shell, filled with seasoned beef, nacho cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. The blend of textures was impressive; the crunchiness of the tostada perfectly complemented the softness of the tortilla. The beef was well-seasoned, and the nacho cheese added a creamy, indulgent flavor.Alongside, I had the Cheesy Gordita Crunch, which featured a soft Gordita shell wrapped around a crunchy taco, filled with beef, lettuce, cheese, and a spicy ranch sauce. The sauce was the highlight, offering a tangy kick that enhanced the overall flavor. For a side, I chose the Cinnamon Twists. These were light and airy, with a delightful cinnamon-sugar coating. They provided a sweet end to the meal.Overall, Taco Bell offered a surprisingly satisfying meal with a good balance of flavors and textures. The service was quick, and the food was both tasty and affordable, making it an enjoyable fast-food experience.

I'm kinda tired of getting limp burritos that are half full and hardly have any protein in them. Each one's listed at 550 cal and I'm not fat enough to eat 3k calories in one sittin is all I'm saying..Just fill those bad boys up man whatchu skimping out on me for it's low key disrespectful your lies could lead to people just not eating enough if they're worried about calories and you're skimping on them..

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I’ve thrown away my whole meal 3 times, it was so disgusting. Go to one of the other locations in town, or go somewhere else. I can’t emphasize how gross this taco bell is compared to any other I’ve been to. I usually love Taco Bell btw.

Food was to be expected. The thing that upset me was you cannot order inside with a human anymore. So sad that the whole staff saw me standing at the registers and they didn't help me for a good 20 minutes.

When there on vacation, they closed the restaurant to drive through only, and wouldn't allow me to order from the drive up window unless I was in a car. We were staying at the Doubletree next door. Why drive? The crew was often seen outside in the back (all of them) taking multiple smoke breaks. Why are so many employees in this town high out of their minds at work? We were only able to order with them once despite staying over a week in town. It was disappointing considering we love TB breakfast, and planned on getting it every morning.Dietary restrictions: Locations always let me get a chicken power bowl without beans or rice, & just fill the rest of the bowl with lettuce. I am thankful for this. Pls bring back salads!!
