I notice more and more that when I go to retail establishments, the employees love to respond to 'I'm good, how are you?' with complaints about their employers or customers or personal lives. It makes me want to self-checkout. When I asked the sole sandwich artist on shift this question though, he didn't throw anyone under the bus...he just said he was doing well. A nosy patron asked more questions, and that's how I found out he was abandoned by his team and alone to man the ship...read full review
Since there's new owners, this Subway has turned around for the better. Friendly staff, good food made to order, and a clean place to eat.
I've had only good experiences since the new owners. Their hired staff are competent, friendly and professional.
Food is tasty enough eat here regularly.

The subway isn’t a popular stop down the bitterroot for me, But the guy named Jake that helped me today was awesome.
His genuine interest in carrying a conversation while taking the order, preparing the food and checking out was different.
Jake was one man show and crushed it, Hope Management sees this because too many times reviews are only when something goes wrong or a negative light, This one is 110% positive.
