My husband and I have been going to Dairy Queen for years, but recently, we've noticed it go way downhill in food quality and service. It's at least 20 to 25 minute wait in the drive-thru. Going inside is a little faster, but it's usually 1 person running the front counter. Staff always forget something when it comes to a meal and never give us utensils. Love the way they do the hamburgers chicken strips basket combo with fountain drink and ice cream ? you can get a blizzard, sundae or a cone because it’s your choice to get whatever you decide and are craving.
