OMG. I ordered a hot fudge sundae to go, and they placed the spoon inside the dish and lid. It is fully covered in ice cream, and it was really messy getting it out, not to mention sticky. I wasn't impressed. At least the ice cream was yummy.

Listen dairy queen, I love you and I've been going to this dairy queen for years but it's getting personal... every single time I get a blizzard here it's melted by the time I get it, the lid is smushed onto the cup full of icecream and when you open it it literally explodes with melted ice cream everywhere you can't enjoy this stuff right away you have to freeze it for 10-20 minutes before you can even eat it. Not to mention how long you wait in the car for it. why even bother flipping lukewarm blizzards.

Love their opinion rings. A regular combo seemed a bit pricey as it was $16 for a meal for one. I'll have to pay better attention to the value meal menu next time.

Just got a cheese burger meal, an extra burger, Pepsi and sm. Milkshake. Where to start...cold burgers, shake was half melted, onion rings burnt, and so much ketchup on burger that they were soggy. No napkins and no straws in bag. Thankfully I asked for an extra straw that was handed to me. This food was for 3 teenagers and no one was happy. So disappointing ?

This dairy Queen on Prospect has the most rude teenagers running the store. I'm giving my order through drive-through, the girl Informs me they close in 25 mins. Okay? I reply, then she keeps asking "is that it? Is that it?" after I order the cheeseburger meal and a blizzard. Customer service was not what I received on November 27th.I return the following evening for ice cream and I get another rude girl (could be the same one) she repeats my order back wrong after she corrects me on a blizzard flavor that I'm asking for (I said strawberry short bread instead of strawberry short cake) and the correction was in a really rude tone.I will not be returning to this store ?
Thanks for leaving off lids, now my ice cream tastes like rain.

My husband and I have been going to Dairy Queen for years, but recently, we've noticed it go way downhill in food quality and service. It's at least 20 to 25 minute wait in the drive-thru. Going inside is a little faster, but it's usually 1 person running the front counter. Staff always forget something when it comes to a meal and never give us utensils. I get places that are understaffed, and the staff that are there don't want to be there. All they want to do is socialize and not serve customers. That's what you get when teens supervise teens.

Love the way they do the hamburgers chicken strips basket combo with fountain drink and ice cream ? you can get a blizzard, sundae or a cone because it’s your choice to get whatever you decide and are craving.

Tastes too greasy and grimy. You only get food in a decent amount of time if you go through the drive-thru, because they basically ignore inside customers ordering takeout for 15 minutes minimum. Blizzards also have not been getting mixed up nearly as thoroughly as of late.Parking: You get more respect in the drive-thru. Limited parking. Likely will have to use the BestBuy lot.
