I was not expecting much since this is poutine outside of the belle province but it was open so why not. The suace is excellent and really makes this poutine. The fries were great and the correct cheese curds were used. I would have like a little more cheese but overall good food and I would go back next time I'm in Fredericton.

I've visited Smoke's Poutinerie twice, and it has left me with mixed feelings. The first time, I tried their classic poutine, but it had an unknown spice that I didn't enjoy. I prefer a regular poutine, and while it was slightly pricier than my favorite Costco's poutine, it was still reasonable compared to other downtown Fredericton restaurants. On my second visit, during their annual opening, I had the cheese with chipotle and mayo poutine, and it was absolutely delicious. Perhaps I should give Smoke's Poutinerie another chance to become my go-to poutine spot.

Store is too loud, prices are inflated for what amounts to cheese, potatoes, and gravy. But if you need a quick poutine downtown it's not a bad option.

Very little toppings on the poutine (pork and cheese curds), waaaay too much salt, and the fries tasted freezer burnt. For a $20 poutine, very disappointing.

It's potuine. In every variety of the rainbow, but still, limited to deep fried food. Obviously, if you're headed there, be aware, but if you're shopping for a salad in a poutine shop, you've already got a screw or two loose.

We were a group of 20+ who walked in off the street Nivember 20, 2022. Variety of ages. The food was good and hot after our geo-cache hike around downtown. The shining star, though, was the single employee who took our orders and made them. He was very friendly and efficient when dealing with us. Always had a smile.
