This was my first time visiting an IHOP. I've been wanting to check one out for so long, especially since it's newish to where I'm located. Thus, a planned trip to Moncton meant stopping in here for breakfast.For my dish, I ordered the one called "Split Decision Breakfast". The fries were cold when they came out. They did bring fresh fries out and gave a discount on the meal but a burger and fries should be eaten together. The burger was much smaller than it looked on the menu, and portions were small. Burger was so so. The roast beef was good, but potatoes were a funny color, although the taste was ok. My broccoli was way overcooked.Service was great, the atmosphere was ok, but we won't be rushing back.
