Most of the places are dirty and the staff has no clue what they're doing. I always miss something no matter what coffee I order and if you complain about it they getting pissed of and rude ! The last one yelled at me.. its not my job to know how to do the coffee.. I'm the customer and I pay for my coffee so please give me my god damn coffee the way it's supposed to be! I try to avoid Tim Horton's.. it's not worth it anymore..
Love my Timmies, average Tims drive through, fresh products. edit: was in today june 19th, coffee was good, but it i went to the washroom. oh my goodness, the toilet was full unable to flush, my shoes were clicking from the urine on the floor. i will never graze the doors of this place again.

Nice environment but I rate them average to below average in other areas.Today, Half way into serving my meal the lady went with another customer to the washroom area. She ought to finish serving my meal before heading in that direction.The double-double in this branch doesn't taste like compared to other branches.
