Waited in line patiently to place my order, staff behind the cash didn't greet me. asked another associate to take over and walked away. Second associate started to help out the people behind me without greeting me or acknowledging me. He made eye contact with me but still ignored me. I’m ok with waiting, I’m ok with people going in front of me, it happens. But being ignored like I wasn’t there? That was too much. I had to walk out before I said something.

She ought to finish serving my meal before heading in that direction.The double-double in this branch doesn't taste like compared to other branches.

People sleeping inside, blood squirted on the bathroom walls , staff allow people using drugs to have long stays in the washrooms ,while others wait.
I ordered 6 smile cookies, a chicken bacon ranch wrap, and a coffee. The chicken was gross, very obvious it had been made a long time before my arrival and kept warm or heated up for my order. The 6 smile cookies weren't the holiday flavored ones, and nobody said anything. Not only that, but they put them in bags, not a box, so all the icing just stuck to the bags. Absolutely a waste of money and disappointment to everyone I bought a cookie for. Nobody wants to sit there and try to peel icing off a bag. Kind of the opposite effect a smile cookies is supposed to have.

I ordered a farmers wrap with egg and cheese only. I ordered from the app so I assumed that there won’t be any miscommunication. They not only put bacon on my wrap they put extra bacon and there was shell on the egg. Horrible service. They just don’t care about how they prepare food for customers.
