Stood there for 10 minutes while the staff stood there talking amongst themselves. . . then someone from the back comes to the window and says they lost our order -- we can remake it or give your money back. They didn't apologize, they didn’t care at all, and furthermore, she acted like I was inconveniencing HER! Took my money and left. “It's so nice to see that customer service is alive and well and it's in Perth-Andover at Subway!! On our way back from Nova Scotia to Ontario we were served by 2 of the nicest, most helpful girls, Christina & Jade (we asked for their names so we could give proper recognition to them) NOT only were they kind & polite but they made some wonderful suggestions as well.
