“Ordered our food, it wasn't busy at all. Waited 35 minutes before asking if they had accidentally forgotten us?? Stood there for 10 minutes while the staff stood there talking amongst themselves. . . then someone from the back comes to the window and says they lost our order -- we can remake it or give your money back. They didn't apologize, they didn’t care at all, and furthermore, she acted like I was inconveniencing HER! Took my money and left. “It's so nice to see that customer service is alive and well and it's in Perth-Andover at Subway!! On our way back from Nova Scotia to Ontario we were served by 2 of the nicest, most helpful girls, Christina & Jade (we asked for their names so we could give proper recognition to them) NOT only were they kind & polite but they made some wonderful suggestions as well. This was a great little pick-me-up on our long journey which was just what we needed!! Thank you once again, Jade & Christina!!”
