Paper wrapped hot Carolina Dogs are about the most perfect to go food out there and Ed's has locked it down. Pros: Chili, Slaw, Mustard, Onions, Bright Leaf Dogs! Cons: I only got 2 of them.
The food is fantastic. Family owned, all of the ingredients are fresh. Ed himself was cooking back in the kitchen. A little bit of a wait (which is a good sign) but well worth it. Highly recommend.
We randomly eat at waffle house for a good breakfast-meal and today the SO said let’s try a local place, we’ve jsut been down here about 2 years and still settling in and learning the area - decided to try Ed’s as a Waffle House alternative and WOW! Even better than I could have expected, the eggs were perfect, the hash browns were SOOO good grilled crispy, they have red hots!
