“Mr. A's Beignets was the desert at a wedding my wife and I attended, and I would highly recommend these beignets to anyone in the area.The beignets were cooked fast and fresh for the ~100 guests, so despite a long line at the truck, it was barely a wait. The beignets themselves were absolutely delicious. They were perfectly cooked and had a great amount of powdered sugar to top them, the perfect amount.Once the wedding was over, and Mr. A was closing down his truck, we went over to talk with him. While talking with us, he made a special to go box for us to take home to our 3 year old daughter. He made finger-beignets. Mr. A told us EXACTLY what to do to reheat them this morning, and he was absolutely correct in how to do it. My daughter loved having them for breakfast!Thank you again Mr. A!
