“What a cute hidden gem!! This place is right in the middle of suburbia but feels miles away. When you drive in there is plenty of parking and you get a view of the vineyards, lots of picnic tables and other seating areas and the patio. Inside, you can get a flight of the wine (I recommend!) and some nibbles. You are more than welcome to bring your own food too. Dogs are allowed outside, which is great, and there was a play area for little ones. This is a place I'd take lots of out-of-town guests to give them a taste of some local goodies but feel like we're "away from it all." Only call out is that there are weird and very limited hours: I believe they are closed on Sundays too. CHECK before you go/assume!“
“Despite being sandwiched between a neighborhood and a highway, Southern Peak feels secluded and relaxing--a Brigadoon with beer. The beer selection is excellent without being pretentious, the atmosphere is fun and casual. No restaurant on site, but judging from our one night there, they partner up with outstanding food trucks. They've clearly put a lot of thought into crafting the ambiance, not just the beer.“
“I had a chronic urticaria last year, ever since then i have be visiting the clinic and taking different kinds of medicine but yet no improvement. Few months ago it got worse, the inching becomes unbearable, sometimes it spread all over my body and it almost affected my lungs. One faithful day, Someone saw me when I was at the supermarket here in ATL when I was shopping for some groceries, she walked up to me, we had a nice chat where she told me her experience when she had the same problem, and she was able to get rid of it permanently with herbs from dr festy, I requested for the Dr's contact and i ordered the medicine because at that point I was willing to try anything just to get rid my chronic urticaria. It affected my social life negatively, I hardly associate with people and I became depressed. So after using the herbs I was completely cured and my life is back to normal. I'll keep creating awareness about dr festy's herbal medicine by sharing my story because I know how it feels battling with chronic urticaria. Are you struggling with herpes, autism, HIV, infertility, HPV, and chronic health conditions, including diabetes, certain stages of cancer, arthritis, and anxiety disorders contact Dr Festy for proper consultations. “This is a great little ice cream place. Ladies working here are just amazing; very welcoming and patient. Ice creams were nice too.Kid-friendliness: My 3 year old said he didn’t want sprinkles and once we gave him his cup asked for sprinkles. They gave him a lot of sprinkles in a separate cup. Made his day and ours too!“
“Parking: large parking place right next to the road Food: delicous dessert and the specialty flavors are a delight to have. especially when you get fun gummies on top. shark attack had more of a sour candy flavor while unicorn was more of a creamy vanilla flavor Service: walk up to the window and order. friendly staff Ambience: great place for a cold dessert different from just ice cream. more of an outdoor style with a couple tables, so you can can sit in vehicle or take it to go.“
“Fantastic spot with a great atmosphere. The interior was clean, well decorated, inviting, and offered plenty of seating in addition to the seating outdoors. The service was super friendly and efficient, and the coffee options while not the most expansive, are all superb and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and will be returning.“
“We were camping at Jordan lake and was looking for a place for a good meal. We noticed it from Harris teeter and looked up the menu. The menu was what we were looking for and a 4.5 rating so we decided to try it. OMG, 4.5 isn't close, how about a 6! The smoked brisket with homemade Cole slaw and pimento cheese was out of this world. The sweet potato fries are real potatoes. Hubby had a burger that was done perfectly, we split an order of homemade onion rings, they were huge and delicious. I also had a Raspberry Margherita with real Raspberries. Our waitress was Sabrina, she couldn't have been any sweeter or attentive. We highly recommend eating here, well worth it❤️“
“We got a large half and half pizza and it was delicious. The price was fair, the toppings were generous, and the turn around time was super quick. They've got tables back and are planning a buffet soon. These guys are doing a great job!“
“We went there on a Saturday evening, and the place was PACKED! It was very hard to walk in to put our names down, but the staff remained calm, respectful and friendly... I don't know how they do it! But they took care of everyone on their turn. The menu is full of options, I loved how they put pictures of the rolls, so you know exactly what to expect. We got the colosseum and it was delicious , the sushi rolls were so good too. It's one of the very few places that still do the "bogo" and the quality is excellent. I loved how they were so generous with the fish roe .“
“9/10 I have a soft spot for this place and will literally come back for just one dish.We came here on Lunar new year and the staff took care of us.I will only be reviewing this one food item as it is a must try. I have mentioned in other reviews that I am ancestrally from Sichuan. This dish gave me a taste of “home”.Spicy grilled Sichuan fish:9.5/10 - I rarely give food items anything above an 8, but in terms of flavour this place can be as good as genuine places in Sichuan (maybe depends on chef’s mood). This is the dish I come to and get my Sichuan cuisine fix. It is whole grilled fish soaked in Sichuan chillies and peppercorn broth. True Chinese style (with bone) and true authentic flavouring, it’s not actually very spicy compared to the true Chinese counterparts, but I can’t handle all that much spice (sad considering my heritage, I know) so this is good for me.How did I hear about this dish? A friend of mine from Chengdu (Sichuan) tried this restaurant and excitedly came to tell me this Sichuan fish is arguably better than many places in Sichuan. If there’s anything you should know, if a local who just came to the US comes and tells you their home dish actually tastes like home here, you better believe they’re not kidding. I had to personally vet this and I wholeheartedly agree. Tempted to give it a 10/10 given that this place is in NC, maybe I’ll come back and revise the score.“
“Overall a good experience dining here. Staff were attentive and the gluten free pizza crust is really good, taste like a regular thin crust pizza. For $1.50 a topping I would've liked to seen better portions on the pizza. They are also have gluten friendly beer. Nice variety of food on the menu including sushi, salads, wraps, burgers, wings, and pasta.“
“I've been going here for acaii bowls for years but was pretty disappointed by the level of service I experienced today. I went about a half hour before 3PM & they were out of strawberries, which was a bit of a bummer, but fair since it was a half hour before closing. The girl working there asked if I wanted to sub anything else in instead, I chose blueberries from the list she gave me. Then she rang me up & the medium Surfs Up bowl is normally $13.53 but it came out to be $14.03 which I was confused about later. Is it extra for the blueberries? Why wasn't I informed if that's the case since I'd only chosen them as a substitute for the strawberries they were out of? Then the bowl she'd handed to me had a big slab of honey dripping down the side of it which I didn't notice until I was back in my car & by that point a bunch of it had already gotten on my fingers from holding the bowl which then got on the interior of my car. I needed to drive home one handed with my other hand holding the bowl to prevent the honey from getting on the seat & other parts of my car. Just not a good experience overall. For additional context, this incident took place at the Lifetime Fitness truck in ApexEdit: Updated from 2 to 4 stars after reviewing the explanation/apology from the owner, thanks“
“We tried the waffles, oatmeal pie, pound cake, and the (something) bar and they were all really really good! It's a small shop, but there are really easy to find signs. Apparently the place has a number of regulars and I can see why. Definitely a "go there regularly" sort of place if you have a sweet “
