The food was so good!! I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. It was delicious and tasted fresh. The service was good to. The young lady that served me was polite and helpful. I used their drive thru service, which was great and convenient. I had a great experience at this Location.

tl;dr: They always get it wrongI am a huge fan of Bojangles generally (figuratively and literally), but this particular restaurant consistently gets my order wrong whenever I go. I usually avoid it until it's been a while and I forget or it's directly on my way and I'm in a hurry. This last time they had a guy standing at the speaker entering orders and taking payments. When I got to the window, they had my order wrong. I pointed it out. They said "well, it's what he put in", shrugged, and shoved the bag out the window.Yes, I could have argued but I was overtaken by personal shame for having given that store yet another try. I parked, went in, paid-for/got what they missed, and drove off vowing to both post this post and to write the store off completely.They always get it wrong.

Very nice employees but the service was so, so slow. Ordered online for pickup and I waited over 15 minutes in the store for one fish sandwich, bo rounds and a drink. The fish sandwich sat in the bag for 10 minutes before the girl asked someone to make my order of bo rounds. Food was tasty but not sure I would go back because of the long wait.

I chose the Apex US-64 location as the basis for this review, but have been to many Raleigh area Bo's over the years including the original Raleigh location on New Bern Avenue back in the day. Yes, I am old and grew up in East Raleigh. On the staff along with cleanliness and atmosphere, the two go hand in hand. Poor staff and there will be problems in those areas. On the food, the corporate chefs and test kitchen seems to be on top of things, but when local franchisees try to cut corners it shows. For me, the thing that has to be good is the biscuit. If you go to a new Bojangles location, the biscuits are not as good as another location that has been in business for years. I think it comes down to the pans used for baking the biscuits needing more surface treatment after years of use which results in a more moist biscuit on the bottom. On the chicken, visiting a Bojangles during off peak times often times results in getting some over the time limit chicken. On cutting corners, this tends to show with the taste of the chicken exhibiting some old fry grease flavors or biscuits being rolled and baked before the mixing was complete and inconsistent biscuit sizes. All that said, I really like Bojangles and consider it a comfort food fix. Another reviewer commented on the drive-thru and I agree and quit using the drive-thru years ago. I usually sit where I can see the drive-thru customers pull up and wait for something and I am usually finished eating before their food comes out, but I have also been in a line that's so cramped between the register and food pickup that Dr. Mandy Cohen would call it a super spreader line.

Employees are ok. Some should/need to be more personable. Sometimes, it feels like I am talking to a wall(lack comprehension). Like an example if I order three dinners and ask for a handful of catsup. This ALWAYS happens thru the drive thru. Ask how many you need. Don't hand me three packets, always super clean inside. It is better for me to eat inside than drive thru. I feel as if I get fresher food inside the thru drive thru. This typically happens when the main manager is not there. If he is there, food is super hot and good. Maybe he rotates to food more (dispose of older food with fresh).

Ordered ahead using the app…good was fresh and ready when I arrived at pickup. I also brought a receipt from our last purchase because they forgot the biscuits…Daryl was quick to make it right ! The staff was super sweet, apologized for the mistake and hooked up my family with another meal!!

January 18, 2024. This morning in the drive-thru I bought french fries at that were coated in so much salt that they were inedible. I don't know if it was some kind of a joke, but it sure as hell was not funny. I wasted my money, and I will not take a chance on that happening again. In the future I will go anywhere other than THIS Bojangles.Dietary restrictions: The french fries were coated with an unhealthy amount of salt. I couldn't eat them.
Why would you say your open until 10pm but dining room is closed at 9pm.

Went there this morning only asked for a black coffee No round and a cheddar cheese biscuit went through the drive thru I was told two minutes for my cheddar biscuit, I was told to pull up I waited over five minutes but had to drive off without any of my damn food. It was way more than the 2 minutes I was told.had to open up shop so left. Nothing more disgusting is when u see people park go in then two minutes later they r walking out of the place with these food.
