We had a birthday party of 10 people come to this steakhouse with a paid reservation for 8 and a separate one for 2. People were driving from out of town to get to the birthday party. The manager made two of our guests sit at a separate table for reasons that did not make sense to me. She said “we do not do parties over 8 because it disrupts the flow”. There were literally a handful of people in the whole restaurant that night….We had 8 people at one table and my two family members that drove from out of the state were told by the manager that they had to sit by themselves at a different table. She was not good with customer service when explaining this to the whole party….This was unacceptable and we will not be returning. If you have a party over 8 people you all cannot sit together. Find another place. Spend your money elsewhere for a better experience.In reply: It mainly was the way the manager spoke to my friends and family which was extremely unprofessional and not a courteous and kind way. I’m leaving it. Thank you.

I have ate here many times. I have had everything from their steaks to their mahi-mahi and even ate brunch, soup and sandwich, a few times. I have never been disappointed. Everything from the service, to the food has been exceptional! This is definitely the place to go for great food, great service and a great atmosphere in Asheboro, NC!!!!

A friend and I were in the area after an event and wanted to grab a drink and something to eat with a nicer atmosphere to catch up. Tabitha was our server and made sure we really enjoyed our evening. We decided to try something other than steak after hearing how good the salmon was and it did not disappoint. Tabitha made sure we always had a drink at the table and everything came out perfect. She even suggested the banana foster for dessert which we didn’t have room for but glad we decided to get because it was incredible. If you’re looking for a good quality outing in a nice and relaxing atmosphere this is the place.
In town for work and was recommended to stop here for dinner and I am really glad I did. All the food was yummy! I got a chicken dish that was very good and the dessert was top notch as well. The service was amazing and everyone there was very friendly and helpful! If I’m in town again I’ll definitely be back for another delicious meal.

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your restaurant, as I believe honest feedback can help improve the overall dining experience for future patrons.My party and I dined at your establishment recently, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. From start to finish, there were several issues that left us feeling disappointed and frustrated.Firstly, the quality of the dishes we ordered fell short of expectations. The Ahi tuna appetizer was overcooked and lacked flavor, while the fried artichokes were swimming in a heavy butter sauce. Even the mac and cheese, intended for my young grandson, was so unpalatable that he refused to eat it.My own main course, the filet wrapped in pastry, was a particularly disappointing experience. Despite specifically requesting a medium-rare preparation, the meat was overcooked to the point of being inedible. When I brought this to the attention of our server and subsequently to your attention, I was met with excuses rather than a sincere effort to address the issue.Furthermore, other dishes, such as the shrimp scampi and pork chop, were also subpar. The shrimp had a fishy taste, and the pork chop was so tough it was difficult to chew. It was disheartening to see the lack of consistency and quality across the board.To add to the disappointment, I was surprised to see an additional charge on my bill for the mashed potato side dish that should have been included with my filet. This only compounded the feeling that our dining experience was not valued.Overall, our $240 meal left us feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. I believe that constructive feedback is essential for any business to improve, and I hope you will take this feedback seriously in your efforts to enhance the dining experience at your restaurant.
