“With all those one-star ratings over there, I feel like I'm taking a risk here, but here goes.When I volunteer at the zoo, I almost always circle around Taco Bell and get some dinner to bring home. The other reviewers who said this Taco Bell specializes in getting orders wrong were not mistaken. The majority of our orders over many years of frequenting this location have had mistakes in them. So we learn to expect some of that. They have a lot of staff turnover, and there are a lot of menu items.But I want to give them props for two relatively newish items--the crunchwrap supreme (all three of us like it a lot) and the power bowls. My husband and son get the steak power bowls and I get the vegetarian one. Everyone is well pleased, and it really cuts down on the bread. We all also love the bean burritos and the taco supremes. It is really nice to be able to drive to a window and take stuff home and know that it's going to be tasty, even if there are a few minor mistakes. I ask for 15 hot sauces each time (five each) and ask again at the window to confirm. I'm sorry the door-dash diner got shorted. We keep some Texas Pete at home just for such emergencies! chuckle.I would like to give it four and a half stars. I hesitated to give five, because they do make mistakes, but I am a loyal customer, and will continue to be.“
“I work right next door and I eat from here all the time. On the rare occasion there’s an issue with the order (or even a prolonged wait) there is always a logical and convenient solution or compensation. I see familiar faces each time I enter and the employees are very friendly. Love it.“
