Adam was our bartender and we had such a great time! He told us all about the different types of liquor distilled at the location and also introduced us to a lot of local NC spirits they keep at the bar. We had a blast playing board games and air hockey and drinking on delicious spirits. We will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone we know!
We wandered in while exploring the south slope area. We were the only ones there (it was early-ish on a Sunday), an Emily treated us to a tasting and cocktails. She was passionate about the distillery and distillery industry and was friendly, conversational, genuine, and helpful. Nice vibe and really good cocktails.

Very laid back, chill bar, with friendly bartender. I had friends in town who wanted to hang out downtown and have a few drinks and talk, without having to shout over loud music and get elbowed by crowds. Dalton's has comfortable sofas, game boards, two small adjoining rooms with foos ball, ping pong,etc. It's a nice place to meet a friend for a drink and the drink prices are low. We went on a Tuesday evening and there were 6 drink specials all under $6. I had Fernet for $6 myself!...read full review
