We passed through Asheville on our way to Asheboro, and decided to get dinner here since it was fast food, and would be quick. We ordered on the app and I got one chicken slider and six mozzarella sticks. This location is right outside of the Biltmore Village, which is pretty cool. We placed the mobile order within minutes of arriving to the restaurant. I went to the restroom first, but the order was waiting for us when we arrived, so someone else in my party grabbed it. I think that the order might have been sitting there for a little bit, which is fine, but my mozzarella sticks were a little cold. The marinara sauce that comes with them is very watery, not the best sauce. The slider was something that was recommended to me. I did not realize it was a chicken tender with cheese in a roll, but it was pretty good! The people working were pretty nice, and the bathroom was clean enough. I definitely had a decent experience here.

Never include requested condiments with to go orders. Never. Even like the marinara for mozerella sticks. It's ridiculous. I always swear I'm never going to use this terrible location again, then like a year later, I'll try them again and of course, no condiments. So it's not just one employee. This has been a pattern at this location for at least 15 years.

I couldn't wait to try the brown sugar bacon sandwiches....I tried the BLT and OMG it's so good!! I didn't even realize it came on Hawaiian bread...even better! But they don't skimp on that bacon!!!! I have def found my new favorite sandwich ;) I visited right at opening and the staff was extremely friendly!!

Worst Arby's we've ever experienced! I asked for fresh fries when I ordered our food. The lady grabbed fried that were sitting there and then set them under the heat lamp while we waited for our sandwiches to be made. When they were finally finished, she set the old fries on my tray so I asked "IF they were fresh fries?" She got an attitude and said she would bring some back as she snatched the fries off my tray. We sat down and started eating our sandwiches and I noticed 1 fry on the tray. YEP it was cold as I expected! After we had already finished half our sandwiches, the lady came by and TOSSED the fries on our tray!!! It was all I could fo not to cuss her out! I didn't want to ruin our day or experience anymore. This lady was also working the drive through, and appeared to be a manager. HORRIBLE EVERYTHING! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Compliments to the chef! Went with my bf for our 3 month anniversary and used my coupon for a free plain roast beef sandwich that you get when you make a account on the website. Actually kinda good! Definitely rang the bell a few times. Fish is back apparently.

Just went in arbys in biltmore Ave with a corporate replacement meal card that expired today that was given to my by corporate, the young female wich hopefully is not part of the management team began to rudely express to me that my meal card expired that morning and besides corporate don't give out meal cards and that they wouldn't accept it period got to love the mentality of the quote unquote new work force not that this site's business is not dropping off already do you really think this is the way to treat your customers that still try to bring you business I past 6 restaurants to get to this rudely operated restaurant...

The food is always good, the service is typically professional, and we've turned a trip to the drive-thru into a part of our experience when leaving Biltmore. I don't want to leave a 1* review for one experience, but for travelers who don't frequent Asheville, that one experience might be the only one they ever have. Once they fire or retrain their manager that closed 12/10/23, they'll be back to 5*. OT, the cashier, was the level of professionality we expected, though. Really hoping this girl lying to/gaslighting my husband is a one-off either in having a bad night or being invited to work elsewhere.

Do not be tempted by the steak and cheese. I repeat, DO NOT EAT THE STEAK AND CHEESE. It looks and tastes like cat food(not that I would know, I'm just assuming). Most disgusting supposed steak and cheese I've ever had!! Most fake and processed meat ever!! Spare yourself the trouble!
