Closed at 9pm on a night with posted hours till 10pm with 3 or 4 employees standing around complaining about not having enough help. As someone who worked restaurants for almost 8 years I’d avoid this location permanently just on principle.
bro at the window has an attitude every time i’ve ever came ? like quite literally huffs and puffs every time we’ve ever ordered. he talks to loud and fast and won’t let you get a word in. he’s honestly just doing too much and def needs an attitude adjustment.

I visited this Bojangles at 6:12AM on Monday, January 22. My car window was froze shut, so I couldn’t use the drive thru. I attempted to go inside to order, but the door was locked. When I was walking back to my car, the lady inside spoke to me from the drive thru window. I told her about my frozen window, and she told me to walk over to the drive thru window, and that she’d take care of me. She did just that. I didn’t catch her name, but she had the friendliest, and most positive attitude for 6:12AM, not to mention she told me she had to keep the dining room locked because she was the only employee working. I’m not saying this to put Bojangles down. I’m saying this because this lady deserves to be praised, and deserves a raise for working alone, and for keeping the business open, and going when a lot of people would have went back home. She didn’t have to serve me because I couldn’t “drive thru” but she did anyway with kindness and a positive attitude. Bojangles, you have a loyal employee with this lady. She deserves all the kindness and respect you can give her, and a raise! My food was good and hot. I will definitely return to this Bojangles due to the outstanding customer service I received from this lady! She is an asset to your business!
