This used to be a great establishment, it is now overpriced and the service has greatly degraded.For the second time (first time at east location) I was told to leave unless I ordered one item per hour, while working on my computer.It's clear money is more important than long time local customers.I will never return to Dorba again and I will be sure recommend others choose another tea shop.

I love the Dobra teas, but the service I am sorry to say is sub par at this location.Been there 5-6 times in the past 6 months and have very little positive to say. I want to love it, the other locations it's a different story, not sure why .Different people each time helping us so hmmmThe staff energy has an edge and it's not a pleasant one..thus my rating on atmosphere.This then has translated to a product that is less desirable.I hope it changes, I want to enjoy the experience.

Have the beet salad and it was extremely delicious! The tea was well served, hot and very good. We sat on cushions with a small table in front of you, very cozy. I would definitely return. My four star on service was because it was pretty slow, but everyone is shorthand these days.

When I walked in there was no one upfront. And there was no line and still no one was taking our order. The food was honestly terrible, the vegan desserts were delicious. As well as the tea but it definitely was overpriced for the service and food. I will definitely try this again but not any time soon.

I've been to this tea house several times bc I like the menu, the vibes and the decor inside. It's a real surprise bc the outside is super unassuming and then you open the door and you're transported into a legit tea house.Some delicious pastries are on display and literally every kind of tea you could ever want from all over the world.They specialize in vegetarian/vegan menu items and they've very good - but the kitchen is very small and if there are several orders ahead of you (we had about 5) it takes a long time to get your food - like 45 minutes. It's fresh-made and delicious, but just don't be in a hurry.Def. worth a try!

Came here a year ago to the downtown location as I was passing through Asheville. Now my boyfriend live here. And first 2 days being here, we have been to downtown and West location. So yeh I think we like it! So far "Taste of Cashmere" and the Joyful Almond bar is my favorite. My boyfriend loves the very first option in the green teas. Forgot the name.

I can’t believe how the employees would laugh and talk poorly about their customers behind the counter (loud enough to hear). As well as be extremely rude and demeaning when I asked if something was still on their menu. I’ll never understand why people who work in customer service feel it necessary to be so cold and aggressively rude. Especially in a place with a reputation like Dobra. Will not be returning to this location.
